一、学校简介
泸州职业技术学校是泸州市人民政府举办的全日制普通高等学校,学校占地1271亩,是四川省优质高职院校立项建设单位、四川省示范高等职业院校、国家级高技能人才培训基地、世界技能大赛选拔集训基地、四川省普通高校毕业生就业工作先进单位、省级园林式单位,办学历史追溯到创建于1901年的川南经纬学堂。2014年,学校经四川省人民政府批准增挂泸州技师学校,实行一校两牌。学校秉承瞄准社会需求,培养创业技能,造就优秀人才办学理念和传承百年文化、服务地方产业、助推区域发展的办学思路,着力培养高素质技术技能人才。学校设有12个二级学校(部),开设机械、土建、电子信息、财经商贸、文化教育等类别的高职专科教育专业39个,高级工、预备技师专业13个。现有教职工535人,专任教师430人,其中副教授及以上高级职称人员145人,全日制在校生1万余人。
二、引进对象
(一)第一层次:顶尖人才
年龄一般在50岁以下,具备下列条件之一:国家有突出贡献中青年专家、国务院享受政府津贴专家、国家级人才项目入选者、国家自然科学奖、技术发明奖、科技进步奖获得者、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、国内知名的职教专家和行业企业界高管、国家级教学成果奖一等奖项目第一完成人、担任中国500强或行业100强企业高管以上职务5年以上者、其他经学术委员会认定符合顶尖人才的人员。
(二)第二层次:杰出人才
年龄一般在50岁以下,具备下列条件之一:中华技能大奖获得者、全国技术能手;教育部高校青年教师奖人员、新世纪优秀人才支持计划人选;省级学术技术带头人、省级有突出贡献优秀专家、省国家高级人才计划、天府万人计划、四川省海外高层次留学人才、四川杰出创新人才等省级人才项目入选者;国家教学名师;国家级教学团队负责人、国家级教学成果奖二等奖及以上项目第一完成人、省部级科技创新团队带头人;专业技术二级岗人员;担任大中型企业副总以上职务5年以上者、或高管职务8年以上者;其他经学术委员会认定符合杰出人才的人员。
(三)第三层次:领军人才
年龄一般在50岁以下,具备下列条件之一:省享受政府特殊津贴专家、省级优秀教学团队带头人、国家级重点专业负责人;省级教学名师、国家级教学成果奖三等奖及以上项目第一完成人、省级教学成果奖一等奖项目第一完成人;省级技能大师、省级技能大师工作室主持人;其他经学术委员会认定符合领军人才的人员。
(四)第四层次:拔尖人才
年龄一般在50岁以下,具备下列条件之一:国家级专业教学资源库主持人、国家级精品资源共享课或精品在线开放课程主持人、全国信息化教学大赛一等奖获得者、省级教学成果奖一等奖及以上项目第一完成人;省级重点专业(重点实验室)负责人、专业技术三级岗人员、国内985、211大学、中科院系统各研究院所毕业的博士研究生、博士研究生(紧缺专业);省级技术能手、省级首席技师;其他经学术委员会认定符合拔尖人才的人员。
(五)第五层次:骨干人才
年龄一般在50岁以下,具备下列条件之一:专业技术四级岗人员、博士研究生(一般专业)、全国职业院校技能大赛一等奖获得者、大中型企业首席技师、特聘技师等具有一定创新能力和丰富实践经验的技能带头人;国家级课题主持人;其他经学术委员会认定符合骨干人才的人员。

三、基本要求
(一)具有良好的政治思想素质、较强的敬业精神、科研创新能力和团队协作精神,热爱职业教育事业。
(二)能胜任所应聘的岗位工作,具有招聘岗位所需的学历、学位、专业和技能条件,具有特殊技能及突出业绩的优秀人才,经学校审议后年龄条件可适当放宽。
(三)身心健康。

五、相关待遇
(一)第一层次:顶尖人才
1.提供120m2左右住房1套、安家补助10万元;
2.提供科研启动经费(理工类50-80万元、人文社科类30-60万元);
3.年薪制40-50万元标准(含社会保险、公积金等个人应承担部分)执行;
4.提供配偶安置、子女入学等方面帮助;配偶具有本科及以上学历且符合泸州市人事政策的,可办理事业单位入编聘用;具有全日制专科及以上学历者,可按劳动合同方式聘用;
5.条件特别优秀者待遇可一事一议。
(二)第二层次:杰出人才
1.提供110m2左右住房1套、安家补助10万元;
2.提供科研启动经费(理工类40-60万元、人文社科类20-40万元);
3.年薪制30-40万元标准(含社会保险、公积金等个人应承担部分)执行
4.提供配偶安置、子女入学等方面帮助;配偶具有本科及以上学历且符合泸州市人事政策的,可办理事业单位入编聘用;具有全日制专科及以上学历者,可按劳动合同方式聘用;
5.条件特别优秀者待遇可一事一议。
(三)第三层次:领军人才
1.提供购房补贴40-60万,安家补助10万元,提供1-3年过渡性周转住房一套;
2.提供科研启动经费(理工类20-40万元、人文社科类15-30万元);
3.年薪制30万元以上标准(含社会保险、公积金等个人应承担部分)执行;
4.提供配偶安置、子女入学等方面帮助;配偶具有本科及以上学历且符合泸州市人事政策的,可办理事业单位入编聘用;具有全日制专科及以上学历者,可按劳动合同方式聘用;
5.条件特别优秀者待遇可一事一议。
(四)第四层次:拔尖人才
1.提供购房补贴30-50万,安家补助10万元,提供1-3年过渡性周转住房一套;
2.提供科研启动经费(理工类20-40万元、人文社科类15-30万元);
3.年薪制25万元以上标准(含社会保险、公积金等个人应承担部分)执行;
4.提供配偶安置、子女入学等方面帮助;配偶具有本科及以上学历且符合泸州市人事政策的,可办理事业单位入编聘用;具有全日制专科及以上学历者,可按劳动合同方式聘用;
5.条件特别优秀者待遇可一事一议。
(五)第五层次:骨干人才
1.提供购房补贴20-30万、安家补助10万元,提供1-3年过渡性周转住房一套;
2.提供科研启动经费(10-20万元);
3.年薪制20万元以上标准(含社会保险、公积金等个人应承担部分)执行;
4.提供配偶安置、子女入学等方面帮助;配偶具有本科及以上学历且符合泸州市人事政策的,可办理事业单位入编聘用;具有全日制专科及以上学历者,可按劳动合同方式聘用;
5.条件特别优秀者待遇可一事一议。

七、其他事项

一、悠久的办学历史和鲜明的办学特色
学校荟萃着光荣传统、优良校风和丰富的高等教育办学经验,前身为创建于1901年的川南经纬学堂(1902年更名为川南师范学堂)。赵熙、朱德、恽代英、温筱泉曾先后任校长。1922年5月5日(马克思诞辰日),恽代英在泸州忠山秘密主持成立川南地区第一个共产主义组织——社会主义青年团泸县支部。大革命时期,诞生了恽代英、萧楚女、李求实、余泽鸿等20余位革命烈士。走出了吴玉章、曾德林、黎英海等众多知名校友。
学校坚持瞄准社会需求,培养创业技能,造就优秀人才的办学理念和传承百年文化、服务地方产业、助推区域发展的办学思路,弘扬自强不息,勤奋敬业校训精神,实施质量立校,文化塑校,人才强校发展战略,形成了四合四共政园企校四方共建机制和五位一体办学模式。学校积极深化产教融合、校企合作,与300多家科研院所、知名企业、上市公司建立了紧密合作关系,合作建立了郎酒学校、泸天化学校、华为ICT学校,共建专业、共育人才、开设订单班,共同开展技术研发、成果转化。二级学校全面推行一系一品和一专业一模式建设,实行1+1+1办学改革,学生在毕业时同时拥有函授本科毕业证、专科毕业证、技能等级证等三证。与德国德累斯顿工业大学合作成立四川中德培训学校,开办中德班,推进学生海外就业;积极推进南非留学生项目。
二、雄厚的师资力量和优良的办学条件
学校现有专任教师429人,其中教授和副高职称教师141人,博士、硕士学位教师285人,工程师、建造师等各类双师型教师263人,省级突出贡献专家、省级学术和技术带头人后备人选、市级学术和技术带头人等20余人。拥有常驻外籍教师2人,行业、企业专家、技术能手组成的兼职教师200多人。
学校拥有现代化图文信息中心,馆藏纸质图书约60万册、电子图书30多万册。建有教学大楼、实训大楼、教学工厂、学生素质教育基地、创新创业孵化园、室内游泳馆、室内体育馆、标准化田径运动场、篮球场、网球场等完备的教育教学设施;拥有中央财政支持建设的国家级实训基地2个,建有实验室、实训室223间,总建筑面积55万平方米(含在建工程),教学仪器设备总值近1亿元。建有校外实习实训基地107个。
三、丰硕的教学科研成果和良好的社会服务
学校完成省部级科研项目195项、市级科研项目393项、横向项目88项,获专利128项;获省级教学成果奖7项、省级教育科研成果奖22项、市级科技进步奖10项、市级哲学社会科学成果奖65项。建有央财支持建设专业2个、国家级现代学徒制专业1个、全国职业院校民族文化传承与创新示范专业点1个、省级示范建设专业4个、省级现代学徒制试点专业3个、省级优质高水平建设专业5个、省级重点(骨干)专业建设3个;建有省级精品资源共享课程5门、省级精品在线课程5门,完成省级教改项目65项。教师发表核心期刊论文450余篇(EI和ISTP收录近40篇)。
学校是国家职业技能鉴定所,能承担机械及制造、电子电工、建筑、管理及服务、计算机及信息、教师职业技能等8大类别的68种职业技能鉴定。学校立足泸州、面向四川、辐射滇黔渝,积极开展继续教育和职业培训,是国家职业核心能力培训认证项目培训基地全国职工教育培训示范点国家级高技能人才培训基地四川省专业技术人员继续教育基地省委组织部大学生村干部创业培训基地四川省统计人才培训基地市委组织部农村基层干部培训基地。每年承担各类社会培训近10000人次。
四、优异的竞赛成绩和畅通的就业渠道
近年来,学校学生先后在Honda中国节能竞技大赛、全国电子专业人才设计与技能大赛、全国高等院校BIM建模大赛、全国建筑装饰综合技能大赛、全国高校市场营销大赛、全国旅游院校服务技能大赛等国家级技能大赛和四川省技能大赛中获奖1100余人次。
学校与郎酒集团、洲际酒店集团、成都环球中心天堂洲际大饭店、奥的斯电梯管理有限公司、京东方科技集团、苏宁电器、沃尔沃汽车集团、百度在线网络技术有限公司、京东科技有限公司、富士康科技集团、中交上航局航道建设有限公司、中铁五局、中建八局、核工业华东集团、德国劳工局等1000多家用人单位开展长期就业合作,建立了以泸州和成渝经济区为主、辐射珠三角和长三角地区、延伸海外的就业网络,形成了畅通的就业渠道,毕业生就业率一直保持在97%以上。
Luzhou Vocational and Technical College (LVTC), with approval of Ministry of Education and Peoples Government of Sichuan Province, was established as a comprehensive and full-time vocational college of higher education. It occupies an area of 1271 Mu, which has been granted the titles of Project for the construction of high-quality vocational colleges unit in Sichuan Province, Provincial Demonstration Higher Vocational Institute,Training Base of National High Skilled Talents, World Skills Competition selection training base, Provincial Garden Unit, Provincial Excellent Unit of Students’ Employment and Municipal Unit of Civilization. In 2014, it was authorized with another title of Luzhou Technician College by Sichuan Provincial Peoples Government. Now it enjoys two tiles of Vocational and Technical College, and Luzhou Technician College.
LVTC has set 12 schools: School of Business, School of Langjiu Liquor, School of Mechanical Engineering, School of Electronic Engineering, School of Constructive Engineering, School of Information Engineering, School of Humanities and Social Science, School of International studies, School of Arts, School of Lutianhua technician (School of Further Education), School of Basis Courses, School of Political & Ideological Teaching & Researching, which includes 13 senior and preparatory technicians majors and 39 specialized vocational education majors in the fields of machinery, civil engineering, electronic information, business, and teachers’ education, etc. It has over 10,000 enrolled students, 300 technicians students and 1142 part-time students.
I. History and Characteristics
LVTC has a glorious tradition, excellent ethos and rich experiences in higher education. Its origin can be traced back to Jingwei School of South Sichuan which was founded in 1901. Following the principles of targeting the needs of society, developing the professional skills, cultivating the talents, inheriting the thoughts of one-hundred-year culture, serving local industries and promoting regional development, the strategies of survival and development of the college by quality, cultivation of the college by culture and promotion of the college by talents and the college motto of striving unceasingly and being diligent, the college devotes to cultivate the technical, comprehensive and skillful students. The college has formed a four-party-cooperation system (i.e. government, industrial zones, enterprises and college), in which the four parties get together to run the college, train the students, work for their employment and mutual development, share the achievements and burden the responsibilities. The college has also improved the school-running mode which is called Five Integrations (i.e. the integration of government and college, college and enterprises, specialties and industry, work and learning, research and development). Laying great emphasis on local economic development, it insists on service-oriented and employment-oriented strategies, promotes the integration of production, teaching and technology and aims at cultivating high-quality professionals.
II. Faculty, Staff and Teaching Facilities
There are 535 faculty and staff in all, including 430 full-time teachers (their professional ranks are as follows: 29 professors and 114 associate professors and senior engineers, senior experimenters and other senior titles, 299 doctoral and masters degree holders, and 2 resident foreign teachers). Moreover, over 20 top-notch teachers have been entitled of "Excellent Expert with Distinguished Contribution of Sichuan Province", "Leading Candidate in Sichuan Province", "Leading Scholars in Luzhou City" and "Excellent Experts in Luzhou City"; 263 double-professional teachers such as engineers and builders; 2 Municipal and Provincial Excellent Teaching Teams of Sichuan and 10 Excellent teaching teams of college. A repository of part-time teachers consisting of more than 200 industry enterprise experts and technical experts has been established.
LVTC owns modern graphics and text information center with library more than 880,000 volumes of books in the library. It owns perfect teaching facilities as public teaching building, training building, teaching plant, students’ activity center, service center for college students innovation and business incubation, standard athletics playground, basketball court, tennis court and so on. The Electrical & Electronic Training Base and the Automation Technology Training Base are supported by the state finance. There are 496 labs and training rooms, 29 School practice base and 110 off-campus training bases as well. With a total construction area of 301,500 square meters, the construction area of training fields takes up 84,000 square meters and the total value of teaching facilities are up to72.15 million RMB.
III. Scientific Research Achievements and Social Services
LVTC has accomplished 1 research project of the State Ministry of Science and Technology, 178 provincial scientific research items and 393 Municipal scientific research items. Many awards are granted including 7 Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, 22 Provincial Education and Research Achievement Award, 10 Municipal Scientific and Technological Progress Award, 55 Municipal Achievement in Philosophy and Social Science Award. 2 majors are sponsored by central government finance to serve for industrial promotion project, 3 Provincial Pilot of Modern Apprenticeship, 4 Provincial demonstration construction projects and 3 Provincial Key Constructed Majors. Besides there are 5 Provincial Excellent Sharing Courses, 5 Provincial online quality courses, 65 Provincial Teaching Reform Projects, one textbook of national 12th Five-Year Plan, and 1 Provincial Excellent Textbook. Our teachers have issued over 420 papers in core journals (about 37 in EI and ISTP), acquired 86 patents and finished 88 crosswise projects.
LVTC is authorized as the "National Vocational Skills Identification". It can offer 8 kinds of testing stations and 68 vocational skill tests, involving mechanism and manufacturing, the electronic and electric, construction, management and service, computer and information and teachers professional skills. Furthermore, it is active in promoting further education and vocational education in Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and Yunnan. It was granted as National Vocational Core Competency Training and Certification Program Training Base, National Staff Education and Training Demonstration Point, Further Education for Professional and Technical Personnel in Sichuan Province, Provincial High Skilled Personnel Training Base , SYB Training Base for Grassroots Cadres of Provincial Committee Organization Department’s, The Demonstration Unit of Sichuan Tourism Practical Talents Development, Sichuan Accountant Training Base", the Rural Grassroots Cadres’ Training Base of the Municipal Committee Organization Department and The Training Base of Luzhou high skill talents. It undertakes social training of more than 20,000 people and provides more than 3,000 consultation services every year.
IV. Students’ Skill Competition and Employment
In recent years, over 1000 students have been awarded in all kinds of competitions, such as Honda Chinese energy-saving competition, National Electronic Design and Skill Competition for Electronic Professionals, National Marketing Contest among colleges, National Service Skill Contest among Tourism Schools, Electronic Design Contest and Tourism Art Design Contest for Sichuan Collegians.
LVTC has set up in-depth cooperation with over 1000 enterprises, including the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology Product Sales Network Management Committee, Qingdao Optoelectronic Engineering Technology Research Institute, Langjiu Liquor Group Co., Ltd., Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Lutianhua Co., Ltd., InterContinental Hotels Group, Chengdu Global Center Paradise Intercontinental Hotel, Otis Elevator Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., National University Mega Data Education Alliance, Xinglu Investment Group Co., Ltd., Luzhou E-Commerce Park Management Committee, Co-construction projects with Luzhou Longmatan District Government including co-constructed colleges, research and development center, training base, order classes, etc). It has carried out the 1+1+1 development strategy (one major corresponds with one outstanding undergraduate college and cooperates with one enterprise in its field) with Peking University, University of International Business and Economics, Sichuan University and Xihua University etc. It has established long-term employment cooperation with more than 1,000 enterprises including Luzhou Laojiao Group, BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., Suning Appliance, Volvo Car Group, Foxconn Technology Group, Luzhou Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd., Haier Group, Zhongxing Communication Co., Ltd., Sichuan Bonny Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., Yibin Wuliangye Group, Intel Corporation, Konka Group, Haier Group, ZTE Cooperation, the Fifth Bureau of China Railway Group Corporation, the Eighth Engineering Division of China Construction Co. and Sichuan West China Group. It has build up stable employment networks mainly in the economic zones of Luzhou, Chongqing and Chengdu, including the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta, forming a reliable employment guarantee for the graduates and its graduate employment rate has maintained over 97% for 10 consecutive years.
