时空组学与动植物专场聚焦于时空组学技术在动植物领域的广泛应用,邀请到了 华中农业大学生命科学技术学校董志强教授、南方科技大学医学校药理学系胡宇慧副教授、山东省农业科学校生物技术研究中心李国卫研究员、以及深圳华大生命科学研究院夏科科副研究员针对时空组学技术在动植物研究中的新成果进行相关介绍,并展开精彩讨论。邀请您关注参与!

个人介绍

Zhiqiang Dong, PhD, Professor, College of Biomedicine and Health, College of Life Science and Technology, Huazhong Agricultural University. Pro. Dong earned his PhD degree in Neurology at Fudan University and did his postdoctoral training in University of California, San Francisco. Research interests: cellular and molecular regulation of neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation in concern of brain injury (cerebral ischemic stroke), and nerve system tumors (glioma, brain metastasis).

Prof. Yuhui Hu earned her Ph.D. on functional genomics at Max-Planck-Institute for Molecular Genetics (MPIMG), Berlin, Germany in 2006, and led her own research group since 2007 in MPIMG and later in Max-Delbrück-Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC). Since late 2016, she relocated back to Shenzhen, China. Her current lab at SUSTech focuses on integrating diverse systems biology approaches in tranomics genomics/epigenomics, proteomics, CRISPPR gene editing, as well as the cutting-edge single-cell and spatiotemporal omics tools to decipher the gene regulations in cancer precision medicine and developmental biology. Recently, the lab has being developing several new protocols for sample multiplexing and cell death quantification that are compatible with single cell sequencing. She has published around 40 papers in top-ranked journals and submitted more than 8 patents. She has been core member in the Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Gene Regulation and Systems Biology and several academic societies.

Prof. Guowei Li earned his Ph.D degree in Shanghai Intitute of Plant Physiology and Ecology, Shanghai Institute for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008, and as a post-doc researcher in the institute of Biochemistry and Plant Molecular Physiology (BPMP), National Institute of Agricultural Research in 2008.12-2013.06. Since 2014, he has been working in Bio-tech Research Center, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences (SAAS).

Associate Professor Keke Xia comes from BGI-Shenzhen, and he obtained his Ph.D. in 2016 from China Agriculture University. He focused on the development and application of plant genome "reading" and "writing" technologies to support plant developmental and breeding research. He now works on a range of plant spatiotemporal tranome research projects to explore the mechanism of plant callus formation, de novo shoot regeneration, embryonic development and seed germination.

此外,明天 (9月6日)15: 40-16: 10,来自 中国广东省医学科学研究院费继锋教授将于ICG-17青岛站 国际再生医学大会专场作题为“Applying Stereo-seq technology to dissect mechanisms of brain regeneration”的报告。该成果利用 华大时空组学技术Stereo-seq,构建了首个蝾螈脑再生时空图谱,这也是全球首个脑再生时空图谱。2022年9月2日,相关成果以背靠背封面文章的形式发表于国际顶级学术期刊 Science。( Science 封面!华大构建全球首个脑再生时空图谱 )。
